A strong statement I know, but I do think it's important that we work hard to help staff complete their work, and this is the fundamental purpose of an intranet. Numbers will tell...In Raiffeisens case, the number is much higher that 5-10%, although not yet anywhere near 80%. I will ask if I can disclose more precise figures.</p><p>Starting with an empty page is quite a daring move. To be honest, I do not know if, as a user, I would appreciate such an approach. This way all employees start with in a level playing field. They have to do something to make use of the intranet. It also is a sign of strength on the &quot;supply side&quot; of the content. Unfortunately I've never experienced a management team that dared to launch this radical (intranet) approach.
