Continuous exchange on Customer Experience subjects
CEN-Xchange
To continue the discussion and the process of sharing knowledge started at the Customer Experience Fair 2009, we create a new series of events called CEN-Xchange (CEN is the acronym for Customer Experience Network).
The idea is to gather CX practitioners and enthusiasts in order to share learnings and know how in the field of Customer Experience.
We will meet every first Wednesday of a month and discuss cases and topics raised by the members of the Customer Experience Network. After a two-hour discussion participants can continue networking at apero or dinner afterwards.
Guests are also welcome, since this is a great way to get to know CEN and its members and maybe join the network as well.
The events are free of charge. Your contribution is appreciated in form of active participation (e.g. giving a talk) and lively discussion and will be imperative for the success of CEN-Xchange.
